Refund & cancellation policy:

More than 14 days before the event: Tickets can be refunded at no additional cost. 

Less than 14 days before the event: Tickets are strictly non-refundable. However, you can sell or gift your ticket to another person. In such cases, please notify Bannerhall of the new attendee details.

If Bannerhall need to cancel an event, all tickets will be entitled to a full refund or transfer to a future event.

Age restrictions:

Our venue-based events are for guests aged 13 and over. Attendees 16 and younger must have parental supervision. For children under 13 please do get in touch as we can accommodate on a case by case basis.
